Please note: a receipt will be sent to the donor (Example: to Chateau Ste. Michelle if they donated wine to you, and you indicate them as the contact).

Please provide as much detail as possible. (Example: “5 bottles of 2018 Chateau Ste Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon," versus "wine").

Also, make sure to include any restrictions - specifically for trips/stays if there are blackout dates. Please include an estimated value on all donated items and trips.
